Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: St. George, Utah
We are looking for a CNA at our new office location in St. George, Utah. The CNA would join a small team working to get the office accredited and build our patient census.
Qualifications:
Have a valid CNA license in the state of Utah.
Have a sympathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly.
Ability to carry out directions, read, and write.
Ability to travel and work reliably between the office and patient homes.
Experience in home health preferred.
Responsibilities:
Understands and adheres to Agency policies and procedures.
Completes visit records in a timely manner.
Performs personal care as ordered.
Performs household services essential to healthcare and to ensure that patient's nutritional needs are met as assigned.
Performs household services to help patient maintain a safe and clean environment.
Ambulates and exercises the patient as assigned.
Assists with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
Attends inservice and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary.
Attends patient care conferences as scheduled.
